The abstract will be submitted under the complete acceptance of the submission criteria
The Dino 12 Conference Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract, if it does not meet these criteria
A maximum of 10 co-authors (including the presenting author) can sign the Abstract
The abstracts will have a limit of 3000 characters (controlled by the form)
The presenting author shall indicate the presentation format: oral communication or poster. If necessary, the scientific committee may suggest a change from oral-poster modality or vice versa due to programme adjustments, according to the number of oral presentations that can be accepted per session or the relevance of the proposed contribution.
The presenting Author must choose on of the listed thematic areas: A. Climate Change, B. Ecology, C. Toxic Dinoflagellates and Biotoxins, D. Palaeoecology and Palaeoceanography, E. Mesozoic and Cenozoic Dynocyst Stratigraphies, F. Phanerozoic and deep tim scales, G. Dinocyst Systematics, H. Life Cycles and Nutritional Strategies, I. Biodiversity and Systematics, J. Stratigraphy, K. Evolution, L. Taxonomy

The Organization will issue a certificate only to the authors registered on the Conference (onsite or online).

Oral communications will account with a maximum of 10-minute presentation of your work. This presentation will be followed by a question time, in a Chaired session with other presenters
Moderator will control the questions and comments of the attendees
Each session will have a moderator who will control the timing of every speaker
Once your abstracts have been approved by the Scientific Committee, it is required that you send the presentation in a video format
The video will be created in a 16:9 format (horizontal)
The Technical Secretariat will send you a link where you will be able to upload this video
The video upload deadline will be June 15th, 2022.
The video should have a maximun of 10 minutes lenght
Your video presentation will be played on the corresponding session and hall.
Your video presentation will be available for other participants until July 30th.
The Scientific Committee won't publish those video presentations that doen't reach the minimum quality required.
The poster author is responsible for printing it and placing it on the space given by the organization.
Posters will be organised according the topics.
The Technical Secretariat will inform the poster author the day and time for the defense.
The posters will be design according to the following sizes: 0,90 m. wide - 1,80 m. high
The online posters authors will upload, on the form provided on the website, a video presentation explaining the poster.
The video will be created in a 16:9 format (horizontal)
The video will last a maximum of 10 minutes.
Your video presentation will be available for other participants visualization until July 30th.
The Scientific Committee won't publish those video presentations that doen't reach the minimum quality required.
